The left half of the arch symbolise the Armenian culture and the right one symbolise the Iranian culture. This two parts of the arch together compose the wholeness and symbolise the unity of our cultures.  

The sun symbolise the new morning of Armenian-Iranian relationship.

And the figure in top of the composition is the ancient arien symbol of eternity.
